Answers
Is there a commitment?
No. At any point during week 1, you can step out and get all your money back — no reason needed, no questions asked. From week 2 on, the guarantee of success takes over.
What does "per seat" mean?
One seat is one nutritionist account, with unlimited clients, content and AI. If you grow a team, add a seat per practitioner.
What exactly does the unconditional refund mean?
Exactly what it says. At any point during week 1, you can step out and get all your money back — no reason needed, no questions asked. From week 2 on, the guarantee of success takes over.
What exactly does the guarantee of success cover?
Simple: if you have done the program and your first client isn’t live at the end of the 4 weeks, we refund you.
Can I pay the AI kickstart program in instalments?
Yes — three instalments: one to reserve your spot, one mid-program, one in the final week. We’ll set it up together in your 1-to-1.
Is my data mine if I cancel?
Yes. Everything lives in your own Notion workspace, so it’s yours to keep and export anytime — if you ever walk away, it all comes with you.
